Mehran Rasouli has experience in power distribution, control systems, and electronics. At Willis, his areas of focus are measurement and verification, investigation and implementation of new energy efficient technologies, and the preparation of feasibility studies for system improvement projects and tender packages. In addition, Mehran has conducted several energy audits of industrial facilities. Mehran recently successfully completed the Certified Energy Manager (CEM) program offered by the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE). Mehran holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Victoria and is a registered Professional Engineer in B.C.
